Fun@Work
We are a team of dedicated and passionate professionals who enjoy working together! Social Link is our social engagement committee responsible for planning employee engagement events. Virtual happy hours, coffee pairs, teambuilding events, picnics, themed days in the office, cultural celebrations, book club, music club, and even a gardening club – these are just some of the ways we have fun at work.

We know diversity in knowledge, skills, and ideas is essential for growth and innovation and for making Tokio Marine North America Services a welcoming place for everyone. Our TMNAS Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Team is responsible for planning and executing events that cultivate an inclusive community and empower our employees to contribute and thrive. Our DEIB Team - along with passionate professionals across TMNAS – have also established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for employees to find support, promote inclusivity, enhance employee engagement, and more.

Tokio Marine North America Services Women in IT is a community dedicated to supporting career growth, equality, and inclusion in IT. We do this by providing resources and events to support women at every level of their professional careers. Our community hosts leadership skills development, networking opportunities, guest speakers, and community service events that while focused on the unique challenges and opportunities for women in technology, are open to all.

Innovation
Everyone is an innovator at Tokio Marine North America Services! Our team members participate in new business and technology proof of concept (POC) and R&D activities and pilots. We encourage involvement in innovation challenges, like IT's innovation idea event, regular Quick Pitch sessions to executives, participation in innovation learning opportunities (like Design Thinking, SAFE Agile), and provide access to the newest technology and business trends in InsurTech. We are also engaged with several VC and tech incubators, including Plug and Play, Eos Ventures, and DreamIT Ventures, participating in pitch days, PoC's and R&D with them.
